Sacrifice cover

It been 20 years of well dedicated hard work for the man that put a new category in the name of music. What is it, you ask? We call it THRASH! The master is none other than the legendary  LEMMY KILMISTER. Just celebrating his 50th birthday on December 24 at the Whiskey in L.A. with his good friends Metallica doing some of his classic pieces, while MOTERHEAD gets ready for their U.S. tour in January. We got the chance to get in a few words from LEMMY.

AL: How about we just jump in and have talk about some of the songs of your latest release Sacrifice.

LEMMY: Sacrifice; unsafe, vicious rhythm. We had the lyrics written before we had wrote the tune. Sex and Death; Two most important thing in life. (laughs) Were would you be with out either of them. Over Your Shoulder; I think it is the best written song on the CD. I think it will be the next single.

AL: What was your first single?

LEMMY: Sacrifice. MTV probably won't play it.

AL: Yea MTV is real useless!

LEMMY: Yea fuck them! We did on our own so far.

AL: So tell me about the 20th anniversary party in New York.

LEMMY: That was not really a release party is more like some limelight.

AL: Well we think that this is your all time master piece.

LEMMY: So do I. We just got to get the kids to listen to it.

AL: When was the first time you ever played in Arizona?

LEMMY: First time we played in Arizona was with Alice Cooper.

AL: I have heard that you have wrote for other band.

LEMMY: Yes I have wrote for OZZY, LITA FORD the song You Can't Catch Me and also I wrote for Girlschool the song was Head Over Heels and a few other people.

AL: Who did the great cover?

LEMMY: James the same guy that did our logo. The Europe version of the cover has a dick in his mouth.

AL: What can you say after THRASHING for 20 years?

LEMMY: I say fucking hell. What can I say it does not seem like 20 years.

Moterhead has been ripping necks apart for two decades. They will be doing for many more years to come. This is their far best CD ever great production great work on the bands part. Don't be scared get this CD it is one of that should not be missed. If you don't the Sacrifice will be on you!
